It actually doesn’t take much effort to get a great start of the day. You only have to think a little bit about what you do. :) A while ago I had a really bad habit when I woke up – I snoozed and afterwards I scrolled through Instagram way too long. Even before I got up, I was therefore bombarded with impressions that actually disturbed my mind and it was therefore hard to get started with today’s work.
