fyldte dadler
Her kommer opskriften…
Ingredienser:
– 16 dadler uden sten
– 50 gram gedeost (stuetemperatur)
– 50 gram mascarpone ost
– 1 tsk friskhakket timian
– 2 spsk hakkede pekannødder
– 8 skiver parmaskinke (skåret i halve)
– Salt & peber efter behov
– Tandstikker
Fremgangsmåde:
4. Bon appétit.
It may sound like a fun combination to mix dates, goat cheese, pecans and parma ham, but trust me – it tastes heavenly. It is the perfect combination of sweet and salty and the crunchy pecans just put the icing on the cake. We made them the other day when we had some friends over for dinner it was a nice little tapas snack to start with. Here is the recipe…
Ingredients:
– 16 dates, pitted
– 2 ounces goat cheese (at room temperature)
– 2 ounces mascarpone cheese
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
– 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
– 8 slices of parma ham, cut in half lengthwise
– Salt & pebber
– Toothpicks
Instructions:
1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a small bowl – except from the dates and prosciutto.
2. Add about about half of a teaspoon of the cheese filling into the dates.
3. Wrap the parma ham around each one of the dates and secure them with a toothpick.
4. Bon appétit.
