Fresh mango chocolate popsicles
1. Skær mangoen ud i passende stykker
3. Varm chokoladen langsomt op i et vandbad
7. Bon appetit! ;)

Is there anything better than a cold ice cream on a hot Summer day? I’m a big ice cream lover and I’ve recently got a new addiction. I have made a new kind of ice cream consisting of fresh mango covered with dark chocolate and freeze-dried raspberries. Nom nom! They taste divine and are perfect for hot Summer days. And they are actually quite healthy. Mango is filled with vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidants and dark chocolate is said to provide more supple breasts, haha ..;) So go crazy, girls!
What you need:
– A ripe mango
– 100 g of dark chocolate
– Freeze-dried raspberries
– Wooden popsicle sticks
Procedure:
1. Cut a mango into suitable pieces
2. Insert a wooden popsicle stick at the bottom of all the pieces
3. Heat up the chocolate slowly in a water bath
4. Cover one side of the mango with chocolate
5. Add some freeze-dried raspberries, while the chocolate is still liquid
6. Add the ice creams on a flat plate and put them in the freezer for 2 hours
7. Bon appetit! ;)

Those must be so delicious! Mango + chocolate is one of my favorite combinations ever!

Tak for tippet ;)
